Who we are
This website is operated by AcsysPharma, an independent consulting practice run by Givemore Mushayi, Koning Leopold I Straat, 3000 Leuven, Belgium (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can contact us about privacy at info@acsyspharma.be.
What we collect and why
We only collect personal data that you choose to send us:
- Enquiry form: your name, company, email address, country or market of interest, the topic you select and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage our business relationship.
- Email and phone: if you contact us directly, we process the details you provide for the same purpose.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where you ask us to prepare a proposal or contract, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds. Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to font or analytics providers.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running, and are deleted by the host on a rolling basis.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. Your data is processed by our website and email hosting provider (Bluehost), which may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also share data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a client relationship, in which case we keep it for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@acsyspharma.be. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
